Kalhalla, California is to be Kalhalla's own mini city on a large nearly 700 acre track of land as a upscale entertainment district known as MegaWorld in Los Angeles metro area in Los Angeles County that will host Kalhalla's own concert venue Kalhalla Stadium at Mega World in Kalhalla Park fresh kept green grass filled with palm trees and artsy statues with a capacity to hold 100,000 attendees with a expantion option to 400,000 capacity for "maga concerts" that will host Kalhalla concert events and other major events with a massive parking lot  and streets named after Carlos, Mike & Robert.

The entertainment district is to mainly serve as a all year around revenue generator for the band with Robert as it's owner that will include upscale restaurants, upscale dance club, Kalhalla Wear store and AMC movie theatre in a strip mall format surrounding the concert venue area.

The mini city also is to include it's own police department the special jurisdiction Kalhalla Police Department patroling the area 24/7 especially the live events and the highly lit and safe parking area plus ems & fire staff.

The city finally will have it's own international airport Robert Benson Executive International Airport with the FBO (fixed based operation) with a Hilton or Sherton hotel close to the terminal that will house with the 11,000 foot runway and support Kalhalla's 747-400 series jet "The Chariot", the black color jet with the bands name in silver on top on the wings and the tail with the american flag that the band will recieve before performing in London for the european leg of the "Kalhalla Virile World Tour 2021". 

MegaWorld (Los Angeles) will also have a movie production studios that will produce African American niche films and films produced by African American film makers who will produce movies that serve or target market all audiances respectfully working with Robert's Nigerian, Chinese, Japanese, South Korean & British partners in film for it's film distribution company opening up opprotunites for African American, & African actors and producers in the movie business. This business power move also guarentees that African American live music performing acts are never black balled out of the 2nd largest market in the United States by any ill will talent booking agents or agencies, management agents or event bookers while protecting & proserving the opprotunites for African American music performers.

MegaWorld (Los Angeles) will be totally owned by Robert as in the future MegaWorld (New York City) will be owned equally by Mike, Carlos and Robert with Robert putting up the capitol to purchase the properties in a plan he formed for family legacy to pass down to the son's and daughters. MegaWorld (Los Angeles) is for Robert to pass down to his future children wealth transfer while keeping in the family legacy. The $17 million dollar purchase of the land alone combined with it's building placements combined with Robert's 60% earnings of the gate from 2021 Virile World Tour concerts $60 million plus a night will bring Robert's personal net worth by the winter of 2021 to $3 to $4 billion dollars not including his ownership of the band's database which is worth over $1 billion in LTV.   

The property will now feature a 10,000 car capacity 40,000 total cap for drive inn movie theatre MegaWorld Theatre.
